Downtown Cloverport

Attraction # 115 Category of Attraction: Historic Shopping & Residential Districts The downtown business district is undergoing revitalization. The community is involved with the Main Street Program and was named a Renaissance City. Located on the Ohio River, the community was established in 1803 as a trading post, developed into a river port, was their location of a button factory, tile plant and railroad shops.
